The Southern California Gas Company offers rebates for installing insulation in existing attics and walls. You may qualify for a rebate of up to $0.15/square foot if you meet the qualifications. Once the job is completed, we will provide you with the information you need to get your insulation rebate.

Start by getting the rebate form from the Southern California Gas Company and making sure you meet the qualifications for an insulation rebate. We recommend contacting the gas company to make sure you qualify, but the general qualifications are as follows:

General Qualification for Attic Insulation Rebate

• existing insulation must have a rating of R-11 or less
• the final insulation rating must be R-30 or R-19 if there is less than 24 inches of attic clearance

General Qualification for Wall Insulation Rebate

• existing walls must be uninsulated
• installed insulation must have a minimum rating of R-13

After the insulation is installed, you will need to secure a few items from us before you can complete the rebate process. You will need the following from Allied Insulation to complete your rebate paperwork:

• price we billed you
• square footage installed in your attic or walls
• paid-in-full invoice
